Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria ended political rivalry with Deputy President William Ruto-led United Democratic Alliance (UDA) party but he is once again campaigning solo.

The Chama Cha Kazi party leader boycotted Kenya Kwanza rallies over disagreements. Kuria together with William Kabogo were embroiled in a political supremacy tussle with UDA’s top leadership over the oppression of their parties to the advantage of Ruto’s preferred candidates.

Kabogo and Kuria alleged that UDA had been giving priority to their own candidates at the Kenya Kwanza events while other members were being 'bullied' and silenced.

The two political bigwigs snubbed Kenya Kwanza events since a tour in Kiambu County that saw Kabogo and senator Kimani Wamatangi trade words in front of Ruto’s deputy Rigathi Gachagua.

However, Kuria rejoined Kenya Kwanza caravan to campaign for UDA candidates seeking various elective posts in Nakuru county.

Tujibebe party leader Kabogo nonetheless decided to campaign solo in Kiambu after Kuria rejoined the Kenya Kwanza campaign caravan.
