Kenya Kwanza Alliance is set to launch its manifesto today is a culmination of consultative public meetings across the country.

 A statement by Kenya Kwanza Director of Communications Hussein Mohamed said the Deputy Presidenwwwgrounds so that our people can witness the making of this historic covenant,” the statement added. Yesterday, Ruto held a meeting in Tharaka Nithi County and pledged to build a milk processing and cooling plants for dairy farmers if he forms the next government.

 He also said his government would address the issue of milk prices to ensure brokers do not exploit  farmers.

 The DP also promised to establish a motorbike assembly line in the country and reiterated his commitment to set aside Sh50 billion annually to bolster other informal sector players.   “We shall create alternative employment opportunities for the millions of young people in the boda boda sector so that they do not overcrowd in one area,” the DP said. He was accompanied by area Senator Kithure Kindiki, National Assembly Justin Muturi and other coalition leaders.

In Narok, Ruto’s running mate, Rigathi Gachagua, blamed the truce between President Uhuru Kenyatta and ODM leader Raila Odinga for the country’s high cost of living crisis.He  promised a bag of goodies to the Maasais including ensuring that the youth have enough money in their pockets.
