Hewa By Zeshari
Kenya has a lot of gifted singers and Zeshari is one of them. Not yet widely known though, but the Afro pop/reggae artiste is set to take over the airwaves in the foresseable future.
The Sauti Academy alumnus has a sweet voice, and when coupled with her groovy melodies she produces music you’ll want to listen to all year long. She recently released an ultimate party song dubbed Hewa, a Kiswahili word for air.
It’s a groovy jam that encourages people to enjoy the simple things life has to offer in the best way they could.
“This song is a reminder for all of us to just take a minute, step back and just breathe.
It’s crazy how many times we take it for granted in our hustles and bustles of our day to day life.
When was the last time you just stood outside and breathed in and out just because you can?,” poises Zeshari.
The audio for Hewa was produced by Ihaji, while the video was shot by Zord Files, and it’s a feel-good track to jam to.
