MP moves to Coast to avoid ‘needy’ voters

A youthful first term MP in Nairobi is rumoured to have relocated to Mombasa since the government restricted movements in and out of the capital.

The lawmaker’s made the move to avoid “needy” voters who had been flocking his house in the city seeking for money and food after losing their sources of income as a result of measures meant to slow the spread of coronavirus.

Senior cop’s seduction art earns him admirers

A senior officer based at police headquarters has earned the tag of being a marksman in his own right.

The man, who wields immense influence on a key police formation, is said to be overly skilled at seducing his female colleagues, earning him admiration from male colleagues.

Word has it that the man has been using his position to appoint female officers to influential positions in exchange for sexual favours.

Indeed, he has managed to retain one of his several girlfriends as an OCPD in a station for more than 15 years.

Sleuths bitter after bid to extend tenure fails

Two senior detectives at the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) are reportedly are bitter with everybody and everything after their pleas for extension of their tenures hit a wall.

The two who are scheduled to retire in the course of this year have unsuccessfully been lobbying to be retained on contract.

They are now taking their frustrations to their juniors and colleagues.

Crafty MP Tanga Tanga by night, ANC by day

An MP from western Kenya who has been a vocal member of the Tanga Tanga political grouping recently left mourners puzzled when he told off a politician associated with the faction.

The man instead vouched for ANC leader Musalia Mudavadi to clinch the top seat in 2022.

Indeed, he told the Mulembe people not to entertain anybody who visits the region without consulting Mudavadi, and promised to wage a serious campaign for the ANC leader.

The MP’s remarks have sparked speculation on if—and when —he switched allegiance from Tanga Tanga.
