Kakamega Senator Cleophas Malala now claims that he has learned a few political lessons from ODM's Suna East MP Junet Mohamed.

Speaking during a TV interview, Malala said that just like Junet, he will follow his party leader Musalia Mudavadi everywhere he goes.

His statement comes after Junet previously claimed that he and other ODM party members would follow their party leaders wherever they go 'like cows' without questioning.

The controversial senator said if Mudavadi decides to leave the One Kenya Alliance (OKA) and join either Deputy President William Ruto's UDA or Raila Odinga-led Azimio la Umoja, he will follow him without a question.

Malala further revealed that it is because of Mudavadi that he supports the OKA.

"Wherever Mudavadi goes, I will go. If he decides to join Azimio, I will go with him as early as possible. If he decides to go to UDA, he will find me there," Malala said.

"Let's not lie to one another, you have heard of what Junet said. He said that he will not think twice on directives given by Raila. Me too, I'm the Junet Mohamed of Musalia Mudavadi."

Malala further revealed that he does not think OKA is a viable idea if it does not choose Musalia Mudavadi as its flagbearer ahead of the August general elections.

According to the senator, the alliance has a better chance of winning the elections only if the ANC party leader is its presidential candidate.
