Kakamega Senator Cleophas Malala now claims that ANC party leader Musalia Mudavadi's much-anticipated earthquake has claimed two of the One Kenya Alliance (OKA) principals.

Speaking during the ANC's National Delegates Conference (DNC), Malala claimed that Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka and his Kanu counterpart Gideon Moi were the first victims of Musalia's 'earthquake' announcement.

His statement comes after the two leaders - Kalonzo and Moi - walked out of the convention after they felt uncomfortable with the presence of Deputy President William Ruto who was present at the DNC.

Malala said that it was wrong for the leaders to walk out of their convention due to Ruto's presence since they (those in ANC) were comfortable when they welcomed their friends during their convention.

"We have seen this earthquake has claimed two victims. I am surprised as a young man but I have to speak about this. I was invited to Kanu's convention where they invited their friends and when their friends came, we did not feel bad about it, we were there with them all through. That is the same thing we did with Wiper when they invited their friends.

I am surprised that when our friends come to our ceremony, they get angry at us to an extent of walking out of the convention," Malala said.
