8 affected as Ruto redeploys PSs

President William Ruto has redeployed eight of the Principal Secretaries (PS) after the latest reshuffle.
In the new arrangement, Geoffery Kaituko has been moved to the State Department of Shipping and Maritime Department, and Shadrack Mwadime has been redeployed to the Department for Labour and Skills Development.
Paul Ronoh is the new PS in the Department of Crop Development, while Ann Wang'ombe has been moved to the State Department for Gender and Affirmative Action.
Idris Dakota has also been affected, as he will now be in charge of the Department for Cabinet Affairs as Julius Korir heads to the State Department for Water and Sanitation.
Veronica Nduva will now head the State Department for Performance and Delivery Management, while Harsama Kello is now the PS for ASALs and Regional Development.
Initial positions
Ronoh was initially in charge of the State Department for Water and Sanitation, while Kaituko was at the State Department for Labour and Skills Development.
Idris Dogota moves from the State Department for ASALs and Regional Development to his new station, while Mwadime has left the State Department for Shipping and Maritime Affairs for the new post.
Harsama was the PS for the State Department for Crop Development, while Korir was at the State Department for Cabinet Affairs before their redeployment.
The changes mark the president's first reshuffle of his government since he was elected.
