Bluebird Aviation cargo flights to continue despite lockdown
Bluebird Aviation on Wednesday announced that its cargo flights will continue normally despite lockdown affecting five counties.
In a statement to newsrooms, the airline says they are ready to receive bookings from international clients including dispatch of vaccines to various parts of the East African region and beyond.
"We are ready to play an integral role in fighting the pandemic by accommodating the extra cargo capacity brought by demand for COVID-19 vaccines," the airline added.
Humanitarian based services will also continue.
