COVID-19: Kenya records 12 new cases as total rises to 246

Kenya has confirmed 12 more cases of coronavirus, Health Cabinet Secretary Mutahi Kagwe announced during a press conference at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) where he was receiving consignment of medical supplies on Friday.
The new cases were recorded after 450 test samples were analysed.
The total number of COVID-19 cases in the country has now risen to 246.
Of the new cases, five are hotel workers while the rest were picked for testing by the Ministry of Health surveillance team, Kagwe said.
