Just why did former Sports Cabinet Secretary Rashid Echesa’s political allies not troop to the police station to see him after he was arrested last week over a fake military tender?

Our moles have told us the former CS found himself a lonely man in the cells when most of his political friends and business associates failed to visit him.

Echesa is reported to have been overheard moaning about how his friends had deserted him at his hour of need.
