Flawed tender process now haunts City Hall

A flawed procurement process at City HAll has come back to haunt the the county as it emerged some people close to a senior official had benefitted from the proceeds of the contract.

Street Talk also learnt that some senior politicians who were awarded the tenders have not been paying taxes,  which saw them summoned for an emergency meeting on Saturday.

They were directed to pay the impending tax arrears by today.
