Among those fingered include William Ruto’s running mate Rigathi Gachagua, Governor Anne Waiguru, Babu Owino, and Aisha Jumwa.

“Rigathi Gachagua was implicated in graft resulting in action by the Assets and Recovery Authority freezing accounts with approximately Ksh200 million in unexplained assets,” NAI said.
