Golfers tee off in support of marginalised children

Lawyer Divinah Ongaki posted 46 stableford points to emerge the overall winner of the 2022 Charity Golf Tournament played at the par 71 Nyali Golf and Country Club course in Mombasa County.
Playing off handicap 40, Ongaki beat a team of 184 golfers in the day long 18 holes tournament organized by Friends of Aga Khan Academy Mombasa under the Talent Identifi cation Programme (TIP).
The event which is meant to raise funds to support education for marginalised children from across the country attracted over 30 sponsors who sponsored each of the course’s 18 holes.
