Tiaty MP William Kamket.

Tiaty Member of Parliament William Kamket has exuded confidence that they will win the Building and Bridges Initiative (BBI) referendum appeal case which has been filed at the Court of Appeal.

Speaking at Nginyang, Tiaty, Kamket who is a proponent of the BBI warned those celebrating the High Court ruling which halted the constitutional clamour saying that they will be in for a rude shock as the BBI reggae was only for half time.

He further suggested that the postponement of elections to December to enable the country hold referendum might be in option insisting that the country must hold referendum.

The MP who is a close ally of Senator Gideon Moi said that the ruling will not stop the country from enjoying the fruits of BBI.

At the same time, he noted that even if BBI fails, the opponents stand to gain nothing out of it hence they should support it for the betterment of the country.

The appeal case of the ruling was launched and is scheduled to be heard later this month.
