Mediamax Network Limited yesterday launched the best of the past, present and future of online entertainment application dubbed K24 Plus.

Speaking about the product, Mediamax Group chief executive officer Ken Ngaruiya said: “As the fastest growing and most innovative broadcast and publishing media house in Kenya, we are excited to announce the launch of this phenomenal platform that will drive inclusivity on access to content and information.”

“We believe that nobody should be denied access to global entertainment just because they cannot afford hefty monthly subscription fees,” he added.
K24 Plus is a homegrown solution to the versatile entertainment needs in Kenya, Ngaruiya (pictured) said.

Being the first OTT platform that requires no infrastructural setup to access, the app will have the most robust content library spanning movies, series, sports, TV channels, radio channels, music, documentaries, children shows, podcasts and news.

“Our organisation believes in innovative solutions that follow consumer trends and K24 Plus will proudly deliver world-class entertainment for the whole family while remaining relevant to our local nuances,” added Ngaruiya.

With the new app, consumers can now access the latest Box Office movies and TV shows as soon as they are released, killing the need to want to bootleg or access them from other unsanctioned streaming sites.
