Why do you love gadgets?
Gadgets make life easier and fun because they involve learning and discovery. Having a decent gadget (not an iPhone with a cracked screen) also ups your class and the perception people have of you.
What is your latest gadget and how does it help in your line of duty?
A GoPro Fusion imported from the United States. This incredible handy action camera takes the most beautiful shots with its night vision ability that enables clear images and videos at night.
What’s more, I use it as a dashcam in my car. I also have the GoPro Karma drone, which I occasionally use. Moreover, I have a range of top-end RC cars for racing with my son, if it counts as a gadget.
What do you love about technology?
Getting to learn at the same time having fun. Technology simply keeps you on the edge.
What’s your worst gadget ever and why?
A Canon SX50 is the worst gadget I have ever acquired. I just bought it for the zoom but the photos were not all that interesting. I also regret owning LG G3. The performance of the smartphone was outrageous. It became exceedingly slow and one day just went dead.
Which gadget are you dreaming of owning in future?
The phenomenal DJI Inspire 2 drone. I really can’t explain what it would feel like owning one right now.
Which is your most expensive gadget and how much did it cost?
A DJI Phantom 4 Advanced drone. It was too costly, but what it offered was worth the cost.
You seem to be into drones, is that the gadget you use the most?
My most used gadget is my iPhone X. It makes me feel lively; ebooks, gaming and photography apps at the touch of my fingertips.
What app do you consider most important on your phone?
Litchi Drone Simulator. It lets you unleash the full potential of your drone with minimum effort.
Between Windows and iOS, which one do you prefer?
iOS any time, because of reliability, quality and the class that comes with it.
If you were to upgrade one of your most valued gadgets, what would you opt for and why?
My camera. There is nothing like a good quality picture.
While shopping for a gadget, do you look for the brand or output?
Both. I also check on the reviews. You can get good output on a least known brand or poor output on a well-known brand, for example, the Samsung Note 7.
What would you be if you were a device?
A full-frame Nikon DSLR camera.
