Minister’s aide accused of terrorising workers

Employees of a key ministry are accusing the Cabinet Secretary’s female aide of being bully.
The official, who reportedly started her public service career at State House, is said to be so powerful that her word is final.
Word has it that the woman, who appears harmless, plotted the removal of her predecessor from the position and subsequent transfer to a nondescript government agency.
