  1. South Africa - 1353 positive cases
  2. Egypt - 656 positive cases
  3. Algeria - 584 positive cases
  4. Morocco - 574 positive cases
  5. Burkina Faso - 246 positive cases
  6. Cabo Verd - 193 positive cases
  7. Sao Tome and Principe - 174 positive cases
  8. DRC - 168 positive cases
  9. Ghana 152 - positive cases
  10. Nigeria - 135 positive cases
