CS blames colleague for his woes, vows revenge

An embattled Cabinet secretary is now blaming his woes on a colleague whom he believes was not happy with his appointment in the first place.
The CS was recently overheard confiding in close friends how the colleague has been using a Principal secretary in his ministry to fight him.
So furious was the man that he vowed to revenge on his colleagues by all means.
