DNA results of Anne Thumbi’s son released

DNA test results have revealed that Anne Thumbi’s four-year-old son was sired by the late Kibra MP, Ken Okoth.
A Nairobi court had directed that DNA samples of the late Ken Okoth be collected and matched against Thumbi’s son to ascertain if Okoth is indeed the biological father of the minor.
Thumbi had moved to court to compel Okoth's family to involve her son the burial arrangements.
Through her lawyer Elkana Mogaka, Thumbi wanted her son to be recognised as Okoth's son before his send-off.
Ken Okoth died on July 26 after a 2-year battle with colorectal cancer.
The Late MP was cremated at Kariokor Crematorium on Saturday, August 3 at 3am, according to his wishes.
