Nairobi by-election: Chebukati clears the air over Waititu’s candidature

Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) has not yet cleared former Kiambu governor Ferdinard Waititu to run for Nairobi gubernatorial by-election, IEBC chairman Wafula Chebukati has said.

Chebukati has said the Commission works in collaboration with other government agencies including EACC, CUE, HELB, police among others and also guided by the Constitution especially Chapter six that highlights on integrity.
