Just what is the relationship between a senior female police officer and some three muggers from Huruma estate?

The three were picked up by officers on patrol as they drove around the estate pretending to be police officers.

They were “arresting” and stealing from members of the public. The female officer chided her colleagues for arresting boys whose “only crime” was trying to earn a living.

Court ruling giving corrupt CS nightmares

The CS is said to have amassed millions of shillings and high-end properties that he cannot account for.

Afraid he may be a casualty of the ruling, the CS has been seeking advice from friends on how to handle the matter. Well, the guilty are always afraid.
