It is about two weeks since twin brothers Eddie Ndichu and Paul Ndichu were accused of assaulting women at Ole Sereni hotel.

Sisters Stephanie Murgor and Cheryl Murgor had accused the Ndichu’s of mishandling them at the Nairobi hotel after one of the twins’ sexual advances was allegedly turned down.

Stephanie had indicated that her elder sister Cheryl was strangled by Paul Ndichu while her boyfriend who had come to her rescue was strangled by Eddie.

Accompanying her social media statement with a video, Stephanie also claimed that the twins threatened to shoot them during the altercation.

A car, allegedly belonging to Cheryl’s boyfriend who was later identified as Samuel was also reported vandalized.

It would later emerge that there was a third man identified as Patrick in the company of Murgors and another woman identified as Hassan Munyra in the company of the Ndichus.

As more CCTV videos emerged, more turns and twists came out with Munyra’s story being captured and that of the Ndichus getting clarity.

Munyra appeared to be very aggressive and at some point staged a full-blown war against Cheryl.

Depending on how you look at the CCTV videos, some parts bring out the Ndichus’ explanation that they were only separating the fighting women.

And this has sparked mixed reactions from Kenyans with some changing their stand. The ones who have changed their minds now think that the Ndichus were wrongly judged by netizens.

All the parties have so far recorded statements with investigative officers at Lang’ata Police station awaiting further direction.
