Embattle Canadian based lawyer Miguna Miguna is delighted with a vehicle that has a branded photo of him days after he was denied access to Kenya.

Miguna claimed the photo sent to him by former Chief Justice Willy Mutunga clearly indicates that the ordinary Kenyan understands the true meaning of reggae revolution.

"CJ Emeritus, Willy Mutunga, just sent me this picture of a vehicle on the Nairobi-Kisumu Highway this morning. The ordinary Kenyan knows the true meaning of reggae- revolution and not the pirated variant from despot Uhuru Kenyatta and Conman Raila Odinga. "MBOGI YA OTHUMO," Viva! Miguna tweeted.

Miguna was a fortnight ago blocked from boarding a Nairobi bound Air France plane.

The outspoken lawyer was stuck in Berlin despite booking a plane ticket to Nairobi on October 29, 2021.

Miguna has faced difficulties entering Kenya after the Kenya government issued a directive ordering various airlines to bar him from bordering planes coming to Kenya.

The controversial lawyer revealed that the airline he was set to use to fly from Berlin Brandenburg to Nairobi had informed him that the government had denied them permission to allow him aboard their plane to Nairobi.

In a statement posted on his social media pages, the lawyer blamed his woes on President Kenyatta and Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) leader, Raila Odinga.

“To Uhuru Kenyatta and Raila Odinga; I will never surrender. I will keep speaking the truth forever. Just checked into a hotel in Berlin. The struggle for social justice will continue. Viva!” Miguna tweeted.

Former CJ Willy Mutunga had earlier revealed he will fly to Canada to accompany Miguna back to the country.

Speaking to a local TV station, Miguna said that Mutunga was meant to be his protection while on his way back to the country.

The Canada-based lawyer also claimed that Mutunga is a former political detainee just like him, therefore, he understands his plight.

However, the duo's efforts proofed futile, as Miguna was denied entry into the country after the Kenyan government allegedly issued a red alert against him.

Miguna was deported outside Kenya in 2018 after he took part in the controversial swearing-in of ODM leader Raila Odinga as the People's President after PDM contested the 2017 General Elections.

In Miguna's deportation order, the Kenyan government claimed that the Canadian based lawyer was in the country illegally and his presence in Kenya was detrimental to national interests.

The State noted the controversial lawyer lost his Kenyan citizenship after he acquired his Canadian citizenship at a time when Kenya did not allow dual citizenship.
