Deputy President William Ruto has finally responded to his boss President Uhuru Kenyatta after he accused him of making statements while atop cars instead of helping implement government agendas.

A seemingly angry Ruto stated that his political experience taught him to craft theories in offices and execute them practically in the field.

While touring Kakamega County, where he was joined by Kenya Kwanza leaders led by ANC and Ford Kenya party leaders Musalia Mudavadi and Moses Wetangula, Ruto maintained that only his troops have the capacity to take Kenya forward.

"I have been in politics long enough. You practice theories in offices but you practice in the field- sometimes on top of cars. There is no need to fight. The only team that can build on the success of the Jubilee government and corrects the wrongs therein is Kenya Kwanza. Their other team is obsessed with trying to manage power and positions," he said.

He maintained that he is ready to battle the succession game plan no matter how hard it will be.

Yesterday, President Kenyatta indirectly accused Ruto of continuously faulting his administration over performance stating that Kenya has made strides in the deliverance of key government promises, including quality health care services to its citizens.
