Two suspects in murder case of 8-year-old Kitengela girl to be detained for 10 days

Two suspects who were arrested on Wednesday in connection to the murder of an 8-year old grade two pupil in Kitengela have today been arraigned at Kajiado Law Courts.
Investigators made an application for more time to enable them to complete investigations.
Livingstone Makacha Otengo, aged 27 years, and Francis Mbuthia Mikuhu, aged 42 years, appeared before resident magistrate Edwin Mulochi as suspects in the murder.
The judge granted investigators 10 days to complete investigations.
Mbuthia was identified as the person who used his identity card to register the airtel mobile line that was to be used to wire the ransom.
The two did not object further detestation for 10more days.
The suspects are being held at Kitengela police station.
