Former premier league sides Vihiga Leeds and Eldoret Falcons have both shared spoils in their opening two matches in the FKF Women Division One League and as the league enters round three, both teams seek to stay hot in pursuit of their first win of the season.

Vihiga are scheduled to travel to Homa Bay county to play hosts Gideon’s Starlets at Opanga Primary School and Leeds secretary Leunidah Amisi has said that even though they've yet to win, they are happy too for not losing so far, adding that team head coach Kennedy John Brownlee is working with the team around the clock to ensure they get their first win.

“The girls have prepared enough with two to three changes expected with a bid to try and engineer a winning formula and we are positive towards the weekends game and although funds are our main challenge, we hope for the best soon,” Vihiga Leeds secretary Leunidah Amisi told People Sports.

Eldoret Falcons head coach Joshua Ariko on his side said that even though they are away to Kisii to play hosts and tough Gusii Starlets, he’s confident they have a good side to challenge for a win in the match.
