Bandari managed a 2-0 Football Kenya Federation Premier League victory over Shabana at Kenyatta Stadium on March 3, 2024.

Shabana will remain in the position they occupied before the game as the Dockers go to second place and are now separated by 10 points from league leaders Gor Mahia.

Francis Kahiro, a mid-season transfer signing from FC Talanta, scored the opening goal in the 35th minute, with Atariza Meja taking credit for an assist.

Former Tusker player Lloyd Khavuchi came close to getting an equaliser for Shabana, but Bandari were saved by Joseph Ochuka, who managed to stop the powerful shot.

Tore Bobe, despite looking like a more dominant side in the latter stages of the encounter, conceded the second goal when Fredrick Odhiambo scored for the Dockers.

KCB, Seal share spoils

Elsewhere, Murang'a Seal collected a point against KCB after their showdown at Kenya Police Pavillion in South C ended in a goalless draw.

This means the Bankers are winless in their last eight games, putting more pressure on head coach Bernard Mwalala.

Meanwhile, KCB could have broken the deadlock in the ninth minute but were denied by Seal's goalkeeper, Bonphas Munyasa, who pulled off a good save from a corner.

Titus Kapchanga failed to put Seal ahead with a 37th-minute chance that went out slightly. Another chance for the visitors came in the 57th minute when former AFC Leopards' defender Robert Mudenyu was in a goal-scoring position but could not find the back of the net.

Collins Neto was a threat on the KCB side but was highly man-marked, especially in the second half.
