Liverpool will only listen to bids of at least Sh5.2 billion (£35million) for Sadio Mane, according to reports.

Bayern Munich are thought to be leading the chase for the Reds striker and Sportsmail have revealed his price tag.

Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano claimed on Sunday the star “has decided to leave Liverpool this summer.”

He added the 30-year-old “is ready for a new experience after many special years with Reds.”

Mane was a starter in a Liverpool side which lost the Champions League final 1-0 to Real Madrid on Saturday.

He said in the build-up to the game he would clarify his future after the match.

Ahead of the showpiece occasion in Paris, Mane said: “I am fully focused on Saturday’s game, that is the answer I must give before the final.

“But come back to me on Saturday and I will give you the best answer you want to hear, for sure. It’s special. I will give you all you want to hear then.”

Sportsmail say Mane ‘is intrigued by a move to Germany.’

He previously played in Austria with Red Bull Salzburg before joining Southampton in 2014.

Staying at Bayern

Meanwhile, Robert Lewandowski has claimed that he cannot see himself staying at Bayern Munich next season.

The 33-year-old has been linked with a move away from the German champions this summer after spending the last eight years at the club.

He has now given his clearest indication yet that he will be seeking a transfer ahead of next term.

‘My era at Bayern is over,’ Lewandowski told reporters while on international duty with Poland. ‘I don’t see any possibility to continue playing for this club anymore.

‘Bayern’s a serious club and I believe they won’t keep me, I don’t want to play there anymore. A transfer is the best solution. I hope they don’t stop me.’

Should he walk away from Bayern, Lewandowski would do so with a remarkable record, having netted 344 goals in 374 matches for the Bavarian giants.

He has won the Bundesliga in every year that he has been at the club, while he also helped the side to Champions League glory in 2020.
