Drama ensued at the St Mary’s Stadium, Kitende as a yet to be identified spectator stood in front of the camera, blocking view of the game on live television.

The game, a FIFA World Cup qualifier game was airing on BBS TV and UBC when the unfortunate incident occurred.

Clad in a black suit, the unsuspecting spectator just took position in front of the camera with his eyes glued on the action on the playing field, not knowing that he is obstructing the view of the entire nation.

The unfortunate incident went on for a while until he was asked to move. Nevertheless, the damage was done and this will go down in folklore.

Meanwhile, Uganda lost yet another opportunity to top Group E after the boring goalless draw with Mali.

Express FC defender Murushid Juuko saw red for a reckless elbow on a Malian forward, Ibrahima Kone as Micho’s men became frustrated.

This is the second goalless draw in the qualifiers, leaving Micho searching for his first win and first competitive goal as manager ever since he replaced Jonathan Mckinstry.

The incident, which was airing on the State broadcaster, Uganda Broadcasting Corporation (UBC) went on for a while before the man was asked to move away from the camera.

However, relevant authorities were called to action and sort out the concern and the live match went on smoothly without another camera incident as Uganda lost an opportunity to top Group E after goalless draw with Mali who maintained its lead in the group.

Uganda and Mali are in the same World Cup qualifier group alongside Kenya and Rwanda.
