Harambee Stars midfielder Richard Odada played a pivotal role in Aalborg BK's 2-1 victory over HB Koge at Capelli Sport Stadium on Sunday, bagging a goal and an assist.

The triumph propelled Aalborg to 41 points on the league table after 18 matches, with an impressive record of 12 wins, 5 draws, and only one loss.

Odada, positioned in the three-man central midfield, wasted no time in making an impact, scoring the opening goal within 25 minutes after a cutback from Danish forward Oliver Ross.

As the first half drew to a close, Odada turned provider, delivering a crucial assist that allowed Tim Prica to score, securing a comfortable 2-0 lead for Aalborg.

Despite the hosts pulling a goal back through William Madsen five minutes into the second half, Aalborg managed to maintain their slim lead and secure the win.

Since joining AaB on loan, Odada has made 12 starts, accumulating a total of 622 minutes on the field and contributing four goals to the team's success.

His loan move to AaB from Major League Soccer's Philadelphia Union has proven fruitful for both the player and the Danish 1st Division side.
