Shabana reveal amount raised at Raila Odinga Stadium against City Stars
Shabana FC have disclosed the funds raised during the FKF Premier League match against Nairobi City Stars at Raila Odinga Stadium in Homa Bay on Sunday.
The match ended in a 2-2 draw, extending Shabana's quest for a home win. The match attracted a crowd of 4,157 enthusiastic fans.

A total of 1,213 VIP tickets were sold at Ksh 300 each, while 2,944 regular tickets were purchased at Ksh 100 per ticket.
Shabana expressed their gratitude to the fans via social media, acknowledging the impressive turnout and support:
"A total of 4,157 tickets were sold today. VIP 1,213, Regular 2,944. Asante sana for all those who made it to Raila Odinga Stadium, Homa Bay for our match. It was great seeing the Stadium painted red and white. Looking forward to more of that from our wonderful fans," Shabana announced.
In the actual match, the action on the field saw Samuel Kapen opening the scoring for City Stars in the fifth minute, only for Eugene Mukangula to level the score for Shabana in the 17th minute.
Shabana then took the lead four minutes before half-time, thanks to Vincent Nyabuto's goal. The visiting team continued to press, and in the 84th minute, they equalized with a goal from Vincent Owino.
Shabana have experienced two draws and two losses in their home matches, with their lone win coming against Tusker FC.
Thus far, they have accumulated seven points from the first seven league games of this season.
