If you thought Kenyan policemen (and women) were reckless with firearms, this incident from Mumbai, India should make you change your mind. For a while, that is.

In May last year Mumbai Police suspended constable Ganesh Gangadhar Khedkar for forgetting 60 live rounds of bullets in a taxi.

Ganesh had escorted an inmate to the hospital before taking a taxi to his office.

He accidentally forgot the cartridges in the vehicle and once he realised his mistake, he alerted his superiors and luckily, they tracked the taxi driver and recovered the cartridges. He was suspended for his recklessness!
