Gaspo Women and Ulinzi Starlets have destiny in their hands in search of runners up position in the Football Kenya Federation (FKF) Women Premier League when they lock horns at Stima Club on Saturday.

The two teams are separated by only two points which make their meeting all too interesting to see which team shall vanquish the other for the slot.

On the other hand, league three-time back-to-back champions and current leaders Vihiga Queens have a chance to consolidate their lead in the league as they come face-to-face with Wadadia Ladies at Mumias Complex.

At Mumboha Stadium in Luanda, a clash between debutantes, Bunyore Starlets, and Kangemi Ladies is envisaged to produce fireworks as the two league newcomers meet for the first time this season since earning promotion to the top-tier league.

Both teams are trying to find a footing in the league with Kangemi enduring a disappointing run having only won one match.

As for Starlets, they have had an inconsistent run , winning three matches and losing five and will be angling for improvement.

On Sunday, reigning champions Thika Queens have a daunting task when they visit second last-placed Kisumu All Starlets at Moi Stadium in Kisumu.

Thika Queens will be searching for a  fifth victory in eight matches and are highly tipped to prevail over their opponents who are hovering in the relegation zone

Elsewhere, Kayole Starlets welcomes Trans Nzoia Falcons at Stima Club with Nakuru City Queens hosting Zetech Sparks at the ASK Showground in Nakuru.
