How MCAs sold their souls to governor

A Jubilee governor has devised a way cut MCAs in his county down to size.
The MCAs are said to be broke having taken up loans and mortgages and are now forced to survive on handouts from the flamboyant governor.
The governor has been using the MCAs financial situation as a card to blackmail to suit his political and personal interests.
With no voice to question him and the MCAs are at the governor’s mercies, the county boss has made trash of the Assembly’s oversight mandate.
The governor even brags to his colleagues how he no longer have to deal with impeachment threats.
