Irate crowd lynch Nyamira criminals
Two notorious criminals from Itibo ward, North Mugirango constituency, Nyamira North sub-county in Nyamira county who have been accused of robbing and killing innocent people were yesterday lynched before their bodies were burnt beyond recognition by irate members of the public.
The two were flushed out from their hideouts, tortured before being lynched by the irate members of the public.
Members of the public also recovered stolen items in their possession like television sets, radios, poultry, mobile phones, refrigerators, solar panels and many household items worth hundreds of shillings.
The deceased, Bonny Mangera and David Okengo who are aged 29 and 31 years have been on police radar over the spate of crime in the area among them robbery and murder.
