Late Dutch billionaire Tob Cohen’s widow has filed a fresh application seeking access to the Sh400 million matrimonial Kitusuru  home  to collect her personal belongings.

Through lawyer Philip Murgor, Sarah Wairimu wants the court to issue an order allowing her to access her home to collect all her clothes, shoes, handbags, grooming tools, wearable items, foodstuff and beverages of  perishable nature, including alcoholic and soft drinks stored in the kitchen, her office and the  daughter’s bedroom.

Other things she wants to be allowed to collect from the house are crockery, cutlery, crystal glasses in the kitchen drawers, valuable electronics, artwork, generator (Honda), lawn mower (Briggs and Straton), golfing equipment and  furniture.

She also seeks orders compelling the Director of Criminal Investigations (DCI)   to release her personal motor vehicle registration number KBW 171G to her.

She has asked the  court to  order that all movable items in her home which are not  exhibits that  she has not collected be stored by the DCI .

Wairmu further wants DCI   Geroge Kinoti ordered to hand over her two Rottweiler dogs which she has listed among the things she wants allowed to collect from the home.

In the documents filed in court, Wairimu says DCI is in illegal possession of her home and property, which is a gross violation of her rights.

She claims her dogs namely Major and Snow,  being Labrador/Rottweiler breed and Rottweiler/Doberman pinscher breed, were taken by the DCI to an unknown location.
