Justice Smokin Wanjala hospitalised in India

Chief Justice David Maraga on Tuesday confirmed that the Supreme Court judge Justice Smokin Wanjala has been hospitalised in India after testing positive for H1N1- Swine flu.
Wanjala, who was attending judicial conference in the country, is undergoing treatment alongside six other Indian Supreme Court judges.
"The Judge is making great progress and may be discharged today. Wish him speedy recovery," CJ Maraga said in a post on Twitter.
