Section of Uhuru Highway to be closed for two days

Uhuru Highway will be closed at Nyayo Stadium Roundabout for two days between May 29 at 9pm to May 31 at 9am to allow installation of culverts at the section, Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA) has announced.
In a statement on Friday, KeNHA said the culverts that will be installed will allow effective storm water drainage along the highway section.
"Motorists are kindly advised to use alternative routes (Aerodrome Road, Baricho Road or Dunga Road). The Authority shall erect directional signs for effective traffic flow," KeNHA said.
The Authority added: "KeNHA further encourages all motorists and pedestrians to observe safety measures implemented at the construction site."
