TSC to hold stakeholder meetings in counties
The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) will this week hold stakeholders’ meetings in counties, with recruitment, promotion and teacher transfers among issues expected to take centre stage.
The commission is expected to meet various stakeholders including Regional Coordinators, Governors, Senators, Members of Parliament and County Assemblies.
Similarly, the TSC officials will meet county education boards, TSC, Ministry of Education, Kenya Secondary Schools Heads Association (KESSHA), Kenya Primary School Heads Association (KEPSHA) and Kenya Teachers Training Colleges Principals Association (KTCPA) among others.
“The TSC is also holding stakeholder engagements and field visits from today to Friday in line with its mandate,” said the commission.
