Not so fast, elders warn now cocky youthful CAS

A cocky newly-appointed Chief Administrative Secretary (CAS) who took up his job with a show of bravado has been advised to think twice about his tactics if he is to keep his job.
A senior ministry official sent a delegation of elders to advise the youthful CAS to first learn the ropes.
The CAS is said to have started off on a wrong footing, moving from office to office intimidating senior officials.
The elders, our mole intimates, informed the CAS that his style of leadership may backfire and warned him that he was embarrassing his community.
