National Olympic of Kenya (NOCK) Secretary General position aspirant Andrew Mudibo (pictured) is vouching for an-all inclusive exercise pencilled for December 9.

Mudibo said the delayed polls should encompass all the federations including those that do not feature either in Olympic or Commonwealth Games.

Even with three federations including Badminton Kenya (BK), Kenya Squash Federation (KSF) and Kenya Golf Union (KGU) likely to be  locked out of the polls owing various reasons, Mudibo said it will be ill-advised.

“We need to move away from individual block voting to voting for change to regain our lost glory in major games and this calls for inclusiveness of everyone and not a team of few officials,” he added.

Mudibo reiterated that the polls should encompass all the federations including those that do not feature either in Olympic or Commonwealth Games. Mudibo said Kenya’s Olympic body must work towards incorporating all its affiliates in developing leadership skills.

“ The exercise should be free for all federations to demonstrate their democratic rights. Inclusiveness of federation leaders to youth by the committee is a priority if we are to strengthen the local Olympic movement,” said Mudibo said Mudibo who was the first to declare his candidature. He said it is prudent that future polls are held before international events.
