The Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (Kuccps) has opened its portal to allow first revision of applicants’ course choices in tertiary institutions.

Also targeted are 2023 Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) examination candidates with C+ (plus) and above who did not apply for degree programmes during the February/March application period.

Kuccps Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Mercy Wahome (pictured) also urged form four leavers with any KCSE mean grade from the year 2000 to 2023 who have never been enrolled to tertiary institutions through Kuccps to apply for TVET courses.

“The Kuccps application portal is open for the first time revision of applicants’ choices for placement to unfilled programmes in universities, TVETS, Teacher Training Colleges and Kenya Medical Training College. The portal will close on April 4,” said Wahome, in a public notice.

Applicants who have not secured any of their choices submitted in the application period have also been covered.

She urged those who submitted their application to confirm the status of their application by logging into the KUCCPS student portal.
