Motivational speaker asks Kenyans to appreciate their diversity

Kenyans have been urged to embrace cultural diversity by appreciating the beauty of different traditions and heritages in Africa.

Dr Wale Akinyemi, a recognised figure in the African business community noted that Africans should embrace Africa’s deep-rooted history and diverse culture by embracing and supporting brands developed in the content.

He noted that Africa has a rich tapestry in its customs, beliefs, languages, and values that have continued to shape the world and called for Africans to celebrate the invaluable contributions of African companies and brands by supporting them through purchases.

Speaking during the unveiling of Aquila East Africa’s new striking Pan-African look, Akinyemi noted that African art, in its myriad forms, holds a special place in the global artistic landscape.

Aquila, a full-service agency that specializes in strategic brand development, marketing and communications unveiled its new look, a significant milestone in agency’s journey towards embracing African identity in the marketing landscape.

In an event that was attended by senior brand representatives, including Betty Wamaitha who is the Chief Marketing Manager of Quickmart, Millan Kabata – the marketing Manager of Dairyland among others, the firm’s new look embodies the vibrancy and diversity of the continent.

The firm aims to amplify the beauty of being proudly African, reflecting the richness of African heritage and culture.

On his part, Kester Muhanji, the Director at Aquila East Africa highlighted the need for Africans to grow African brands.
