Build army barracks in Kisumu in your 100 days as president – Jalango urges Raila
Radio host-cum-politician Jalang'oo has called on Orange Democratic Movement(ODM) party leader Raila Odinga to prioritise his home county once he assumes power after the August 9 polls.
Jalas who was speaking in Kisumu says Raila should build an army barrack in the area in his first 100 days as the Head of State. He argues that while all the cities in the country have army barracks, Kisumu is lagging far behind.
The Langata MP hopeful says that would create many job opportunities for youths in the county.
"Baba ukiingia kazi, in your first 100 days lazima ujenge kambi ya jeshi hapa Kisumu.
Mombasa iko, Nakuru iko pia. Hawa vijana wa Kondele na Manyatta lazima wapate kazi," he said.
Further Jalas noted that should Raila clinch the top seat he will be sworn in in Kisumu.
