Former Rarieda MP accuses Raila’s allies of turning Azimio rallies into ODM affair
Former Rarieda Member of Parliament Nicholas Gumbo has accused politicians close to ODM party leader Raila Odinga of turning Azimio la Umoja rallies into an ODM affair.
Gumbo accused the leaders of turning the Azimio la Umoja movement into a one-party affair yet it is made up of over 10 political parties. He insisted that the coalition is not a campaign tool for ODM as purported by the accused leaders.
The former MP further noted that the said leaders are using the ODM party to lure voters yet they have failed to deliver to the electorates despite being in government for a very long time.
"There are several people who have failed to deliver to the citizens within ODM over the years they have been in power. They now want to turn Azimio la Umoja rallies into ODM rallies," he said.
Gumbo accused the alleged leaders of being Raila's enemies accusing them of tarnishing the former Prime Minister's names at the time when he is seeking victory.
