Broke ex-senator begs governors for handouts

A combative former Senator is so broke that he has resorted to soliciting for handouts from governors and other politicians.
The man recently shocked journalists when he camped in his car outside the Kenya School of Government where governors were meeting, asking all those who were entering and leaving the venue for handouts.
