Dusuma song by R&B singer Otile Brown featuring his Burundian counterpart, Meddy topped the list by becoming the most watched song in the year. The song surpassed 100 million views in just three months.

Otile’s other song dubbed Aiyana featuring Sanaipei Tande was number eight in the list.

Singer Rayvanny’s song  Teamo, which was released just before Christmas, took  second place in the most watched song category while Harmonize’s gesture to play a song Jeje by his former boss Diamond on a live DJ set lit the heart of Kenyans making it the third most watched music video.

Sauti Sol’s first single from the studio album Suzanna became fourth in the list while Gere,  a song performed by Tanasha Donna and her then boyfriend, Diamond Platnumz is the fifth most watched music video.

In just 13 hours after being released, the song received over a million views. Number six most watched video in 2020 is Femi One’s collaboration with Mejja Utawezana.

The song gained popularity after a video of content creator Azziad Nasenya dancing to it went viral, creating an online dance challenge among Kenyans.
