Mediamax and Mombasa partner to promote artistes
Mediamax Network Limited (MNL) and the County Government of Mombasa have agreed to forge a partnership for mutual working relations with a view to benefiting the public.
Through the partnership, MNL Chief Executive Officer Ken Ngaruiya and Governor Abdulswamad Nassir have agreed to promote local artistes in Mombasa by airing their content on both MNL TV and radio stations.
“One of the areas we have agreed to work together is in the content…to promote local artistes in Mombasa and see how we can put their content on both our TV and Radio stations…”
The CEO said as early as next month, there is a proposal for Mediamax to organize a Fifa world cup public viewing event. “As Mediamax, we have Fifa public viewing license so we are planning to get a location within Mombasa county to see where we can showcase the finals for mwananchi to come and enjoy and support their favourite teams,” Ngaruiya said.
