A second-term MP from Nyanza is having sleepless nights after a fight during party nominations in the last General Election returned to haunt him.

During the hotel fracas in 2017, the MP is alleged to have physically attacked his opponent.

The legislator has been pushing for a truce but the opponent is adamant that he must face justice.

His monetary peace offering has also been rejected and he is afraid an arrest could spell the beginning of the end of his political career.
